All prices are listed in NIS, and payments are currently made through Bit or PayBox. We never see or store your credit card information, and your order is processed only after we receive payment confirmation. Once you place an order, we start preparing it right away. If something you selected is out of stock, we’ll contact you immediately with options like switching to another item or receiving store credit.

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but delivery times depend on the courier, weekends, and holidays. After your package is handed over to the delivery service, delays or issues may be out of our control but we’ll always do our part to help solve any problem that comes up. If you want to return an item, we offer store credit instead of cash/credit/debit refunds. As long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, you can return it and receive store credit equal to the full purchase amount. This credit can be used on anything in the store.
