1. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we start preparing it right away.You will recieve an email confirmation as soon as your payment is accepted.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship.
Processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or holidays, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
We take great care in packaging your jewelry so it arrives safely and beautifully.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Our current shippment service are UPS lockers that can be found across Israel, the full list is available on their site: https://www.pickuppoint.co.il/

Standard Shipping: approx. 9-14 business days
Please note: these are estimates, once your package is shipped actual delivery time may vary due to customs, weather, or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

You must add 25 ILS at checkout for shipping. Although we charge 25 ILS on shipping, we offer free shipping for orders over 299 ILS.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we update our Shipping Policy, we’ll post the changes here and update the “Last Updated” date.

1. תהליך עיבוד הזמנה

ברגע שההזמנה שלכם מתקבלת, אנו מתחילים בהכנתה מיד. תקבלו אישור במייל ברגע שהתשלום אושר.

זמן הכנת הזמנה: בדרך כלל 1–3 ימי עסקים

תקבלו מייל נוסף ברגע שההזמנה נארזת ומוכנה למשלוח.

זמנים עלולים להתארך מעט בתקופות עומס או חגים, אך תמיד נעשה את מיטב המאמצים לשמור על תהליך מהיר.
אנו מקפידים על אריזת התכשיטים בצורה שתבטיח הגעה בטוחה ויפה.

2. אפשרויות משלוח וזמני הגעה

שירות המשלוחים שלנו כרגע הוא באמצעות תאי UPS הממוקמים ברחבי ישראל. רשימת כל התאים זמינה באתר: https://www.pickuppoint.co.il/
זמני המשלוח תלויים במיקומך.

משלוח סטנדרטי: כ-9–14 ימי עסקים.
לתשומת לבך: מדובר בהערכות וזמני ההגעה בפועל עשויים להשתנות עקב מכס, מזג אוויר או עיכובים מצד חברת המשלוחים המקומית.

יש להוסיף 25 ש"ח בעת התשלום עבור המשלוח. למרות שאנו גובים 25 ש"ח עבור משלוח, אנו מציעים משלוח חינם להזמנות מעל 299 ש"ח.

במידה ונעדכן את מדיניות המשלוחים, נפרסם את השינויים כאן ונעדכן את תאריך “עודכן לאחרונה”.
